Journal Star employees--come on down to the Apollo Theatre this Saturday, Feb. 10 at 7 p.m. for a special movie program. The show is free for PJS employees! You don't need a ticket or ID--just come! The show is 'Deadline USA" (1952), a film about a crusading editor (Humphrey Bogart) fighting crime while his newspaper is being sold. There'll also be some interesting short subjects!  Free popcorn, too!

Of course, the Apollo will welcome people who made the wise decision not to go into journalism, as well. You'll just have to pay the admission fee ($4?) and put up with a small amount of nostalgia from the Journal Star employees who attend.
